Appointments and Cancellations

All grooming services require an appointment. You can book online or by phone.
We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

Prices may vary depending on your dog’s breed, size, coat condition, and requested services.

Pet Policy

For your dog’s safety, all vaccinations must be up-to-date before grooming.
Please disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or aggressive tendencies your dog may have.
We reserve the right to refuse service if your dog poses a safety risk.
You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your dog on our premises.

Responsible Pet Ownership

At Yappy Bubbles, we promote keeping your dog’s vaccinations current to prevent illnesses.

Preparing Your Pup for Grooming

To ensure a smooth experience, we recommend:
- A good walk or playtime beforehand to expend energy.
- Withholding food for 2-3 hours before the appointment to avoid accidents.
- Brushing out any mats from your dog’s fur, if possible.
- Informing us of any pre-existing health conditions or behavioral concerns.

For Your Dog’s Comfort

For safety reasons, we kindly ask that you don’t stay while your dog is groomed. Your presence can sometimes make them anxious.
We’re happy to answer any questions and provide updates on your dog’s progress throughout the appointment.

Grooming Times

Grooming times can vary depending on the size, haircut complexity, and your dog’s behavior.
Generally, full grooms take 2-4 hours, while baths and blow-drys take 1-2 hours.
